Privacy Policy
This policy covers crittercantdraw.com and the booking and text messages that come from it. It's run by Mike Alvarez, a sole proprietor trading as Critter Can't Draw, in Boise, Idaho.
What we collect
When you book a consult through the form on this site, we collect your name, phone number and email address, a description of the tattoo you want, and any reference images you choose to upload.
Why
To book your consult, to follow up about your design and appointment, and to send aftercare after your session. That's it. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for anything else.
Text messages (SMS)
By checking the box on the booking form, you agree to receive appointment and aftercare text messages from Critter Can't Draw at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking.
Who we share it with
Only the booking and customer-management software provider that runs our calendar, form and text messages, and only so it can do that job. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you're a client and for a reasonable time after, so we have your history if you come back for more work. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will, unless we have to keep a record by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
